The end of Mark Hofman’s adventure in the South of France is in sight, and new horizons are calling, but he’s not done searching for Southern Gold just yet! Up to now, the formidable Cassien had proven a tough nut to crack, but Mark gritted his teeth and pushed on through, banking some amazing, gnarly old fish in the process, topped by the 40-year-old brute he caught with Remy (see previous Cassien Diaries!).
