We set Korda’s Monster Carp hunter, Neil Spooner, a challenge – to catch a forty pounder from day-ticket Mecca Linear Fisheries! Happily for us, he accepted and we kick off the new series at Linear’s most famous lake of all, St Johns! Despite high pressure making the fishing tricky, Spoons got us off to the best start possible, in short order too! The question is, could he bank one of the St John’s A-Team?
