Unseen is about casting light on the anglers who quietly go about their fishing away from the spotlight, and Nottinghamshire-based big carp angler Dave Broady embodies exactly what the series is about.
Balancing a busy family and working life, Dave has continued to pursue some of the trickiest and most elusive carp in his local area. In this film, he steps in front of the cameras for the very first time to tell the story of a recent spring campaign on a vast nature reserve containing a tiny stock of incredibly rare carp.
From his approach and mindset to what continues to drive him in modern carp fishing, this is an insight into an angler motivated by the unknown rather than recognition.
Properly fishing for the unseen.
