Small, silty and tucked away on a busy golf course, Silvermere wasn’t the sort of place you’d expect to find giant, historic carp. But that was exactly what kept James Turner coming back.Over the years, James had landed two of the lake’s legendary residents. By this point, only one target remained: the steely-grey giant known as Clanger. The sole surviving member of the famous A-Team following a devastating fish kill, Clanger had become one of the lake’s most elusive prizes.
James’ return was his chance to finally complete the jigsaw and bring the curtain down on his campaign for one of Silvermere’s greatest carp.
